Our friend Dallas Shaw is one of the busiest and most fabulous ladies on the planet. She recently completed a photo shoot with Fresh, so she asked us to design some cookies to send them as a thank you gift. After a bit of brainstorming, I was inspired by Fresh’s lovely packaging, so I came up with this gift box cookie concept.

I hand-piped the ribbon details with almond royal icing. The cookies are yummy vanilla shortbread.

Here you can see the custom cookies all boxed up for shipment to Fresh. I am happy to report that they arrived safe and sound!
