This festive cake is popular with kids and adults alike! It is made with our best selling vanilla buttermilk cake batter with rainbow sprinkles mixed in. This cake evokes memories for many people, and it is often paired with our old-fashioned vanilla buttercream - a taste from your childhood, but even better!
- Vanilla Chocolate Chip
Mini chocolate chips are baked into this yummy batter. Favorite pairings include truffle cream, old-fashioned vanilla buttercream and chocolate meringue buttercream.
- Red Velvet
Another crowd favorite, this deep red cake is made with lots of cocoa and buttermilk. Ours has a soft crumb and a distinct chocolate flavor, which really sets it apart from other red velvet cakes. We almost always match this up with our old-fashioned vanilla buttercream, but you could also opt for our vanilla meringue buttercream for a less-sweet filling, or get fruity with it and add raspberry buttercream.
Our devil's food cake is chocolatey and moist, and made with plenty of cocoa and pure Belgian chocolate. Our secret is adding coffee to the batter to amp up the rich chocolate flavor! This is delicious with any chocolate or vanilla filling, and extra-special with peanut butter, raspberry, espresso or peanut butter buttercream.

Our carrot cake has fresh grated carrots, crushed pineapple and toasted coconut baked right into the batter, making this cake super-moist.
- Almond Pound
Pure almond extract scents this delicious and rich pound cake. This cake has a dense crumb, which is perfect for sculpted cakes! We love pairing it with raspberry jam + passionfruit buttercream.
- Lemon Pound
Moist and zesty, this cake is sunshine in every bite! We love this sandwiched with a thin layer of our house-made lemon curd and lemon meringue buttercream. Raspberry buttercream is also fantastic with this sunny cake.
Decadent and full of rich banana goodness and spice. Soooo good filled with nutella buttercream or truffle cream.
- Pumpkin Spice (seasonal)
Velvety, moist pumpkin cake accented with warm spices. We love to pair this with our caramel meringue buttercream in the fall or our old-fashioned vanilla buttercream. It tastes just like autumn!
- Coconut (seasonal)
This fragrant cake is made with real coconut and coconut milk, and has a lovely tropical flavor. A delicious choice in the spring and summer! Fill this with old-fashioned vanilla buttercream, passion fruit buttercream, or truffle cream.

This classic European-style buttercream is made with pillowy whipped meringue, pure sweet cream butter and pure vanilla.
- Old-Fashioned Vanilla Buttercream
Rich American-style buttercream made with pure butter, vanilla, sugar, and a touch of cream cheese.
- Chocolate Meringue Buttercream
This classic European-style buttercream is made by adding melted bittersweet Belgian chocolate to our vanilla meringue buttercream. Some people liken the flavor to melted chocolate ice cream - who doesn't like that?
- Raspberry Meringue Buttercream
Made with pure raspberry puree, this fruity icing pairs especially well with our chocolate or lemon pound cake. Y-U-M.
- Strawberry Meringue Buttercream
Our yummy strawberry buttercream is made with strawberry preserves, and pairs beautifully with our vanilla buttermilk, funfetti and lemon pound cakes.
- Peanut Butter Meringue Buttercream
Our creamy peanut butter meringue buttercream is totally amazing sandwiched with our chocolate cake - believe it!

- Truffle Cream
Similar to a rich chocolate mousse in texture, our truffle cream is made with pure cream and bittersweet Belgian chocolate. We haven't found many cakes that don't want to be paired with this filling!
- Lemon Meringue Buttercream
This zippy buttercream is made by adding house-made lemon curd to our vanilla meringue buttercream. The perfect balance of tart and sweet!
- Apricot Meringue Buttercream
Pretty and peach-hued, this silken buttercream pairs beautifully with vanilla and almond pound cake.
- Passionfruit Meringue Buttercream
Made with pure passion fruit puree, this icing has a citrusy and light floral flavor. We love this inside coconut, almond pound and vanilla cakes the best. Go crazy and add a thin spread of raspberry jam too - you won’t be sorry!
- Espresso Meringue Buttercream
Have you ever tried a scoop of cool vanilla ice cream with a shot of hot espresso poured over it? It’s called affogato, and it’s heavenly. That’s pretty close to this, only in the form of a satiny buttercream. You’ll want to try it with chocolate, banana, or vanilla buttermilk cake.
- Caramel Meringue Buttercream
This fall favorite is made with our decadent house-made caramel and is the perfect counterpoint to our pumpkin spice cake.
