So, I can tell you that our awesome baker, Ann Wilson, has been secretly testing macaron recipes for us this winter. They are just too adorable and delicious for us NOT to make. After a bunch of trial batches and insanely enjoyable taste tests, I think we’ve nailed it! We’re finally ready to start offering these wonderful “lady hamburgers.” Also: don’t these spring colors take away some of your winter blues?
Our macarons are carefully baked and assembled to order. We can custom tint our almond shells to coordinate with your event, and you may choose to fill your macarons with our decadent bittersweet ganache or one of our meringue buttercream flavors. Macarons are approximately 2” in diameter. Oh yeah, and they are gluten-free!
Individual unwrapped macarons are $1.95 each , with a minimum order of 2 dozen macarons per color/filling combination. Swiss meringue buttercream filling options include vanilla, chocolate, lemon, green tea, raspberry, strawberry, passionfruit, espresso, caramel, peanut butter and nutella.
