Our Dotty Elephant cake is one of our most popular baby shower cakes. That version has a standing-up elephant, but it turns out the cake also works really well as a birthday cake with a flat elephant on top. In terms of cute cakes for kids and new moms, we don’t think elephants and polka dots will ever go out of style!
