We recently helped Campbell’s Soup celebrate the 125th anniversary of their invention of condensed soup. We made a giant soup can cake (4:1 scale), several serving cakes and over 500 cupcakes using Campbell’s own Tomato Soup spice cake recipe paired with our signature old fashioned vanilla icing.
The soup can cake was incredibly heavy, weighing in at about 50 lbs, and required a lot of extra internal supports. The cake survived the journey from Philly to Camden, NJ and the event was a huge hit!
