We love the design that Kate & Brent chose for their four-tiered, 110-serving wedding cake. It incorporates a pink ombre effect, blanketed in textural fresh coconut and decorated with handmade sugar blooms accented with golden berries.

April Cupcake of the Month

Whipped Bakeshop Philadelphia Cupcake of the Month

Our April cupcake of the month is here! We're calling it the Phillies Fluffernutter, and it tastes as glorious as a Chase Utley home run. We start with our vanilla-buttermilk cake, which we fill with marshmallow-meringue fluff, and then ice with peanut butter buttercream. We finish the Fluffernutter off with salty-sweet honey-roasted peanuts and a hand-piped Phillies logo.

Hamtaro Birthday Cake

A really nice customer recently ordered this birthday cake for his girlfriend. The hamster on top is a character from the Japanese cartoon Hamtaro. If there's anything we love at Whipped Bakeshop, it's adorable hamsters!

Sugared Fruit Wedding Cake

This tall, elegant cake came with a bounty of sweet flavors. Half was banana cake filled with meringue buttercream, and the other half was chocolate fudge cake filled with truffle cream. The whole creation was iced with peanut butter buttercream. You could smell the peanuts from across the room!
